Mary Roberts-Curran, MA, RDN, CHES
Mary Roberts-Curran serves as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and health education specialist. Her background is in nutrition, exercise science, and public and community health.
She provides services including one on one medical nutrition therapy appointments, group sessions, multi-week programs, corporate wellness, lectures, and keynote speaking. Her background includes working with medical practices, public services departments, service club organizations, chronic condition prevention and focus groups, school systems, and pediatric practices. Mary has provided health education sessions and workshops. Her focus is on enhancing her patients and supporting optimal health and lifestyle. She is a lecturer at Tidewater Community College with the Institute for Learning. She has served on health education and wellness committees.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science/Health and Physical Education from Norfolk State University, a Dietetic Graduate Certificate from Utah State University, a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management from Liberty University, and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Public and Community Health and Exercise Science Liberty University. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Health Education Specialist.
She focuses on education and tools to empower individuals to grow in health, happy, healthy lifestyle. A well individual can support and influence those around them to be well.
